This course equips you to diagnose, design and deliver solutions that will enhance individual, team and organizational performance. It provides you with a complete system of tools for measurement and development and the emotional intelligence skills you need to work effectively with clients.

EQ Performance Metrics Highlights

Leadership Vital Signs: Capturing objective feedback from a range of key partners, the LVS delivers rapid, accurate insight into leadership performance – in a framework that supports leaders to turn the feedback into action.
Team Vital Signs: Capturing essential indicators for any team’s health, the TVS assessment delivers rapid, accurate insight into team climate – and offers clear feedback on the path to peak performance.
Organizational Vital Signs: Providing a snapshot of the current organizational climate, the OVS assessment delivers clear feedback on the drivers of performance in an actionable, practical framework.

What you will gain

Through the Vital Signs model, you will learn to capture and leverage the five key factors that drive the human side of performance. These factors can be applied:

To assess and support individual leaders (LVS)
To foster collaboration and performance within teams (TVS)

Certification Credits

Earn 28,5 Continuing Coaching Education (CCE) units from the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Six Seconds is an internationally recognized, ICF Level 3 accredited coaching school.
